Future Proposals:

We are intersted to do AMC directly in the power generation, transmission and distribution sites with our own dilo device. We will have regular visit to your sub-stations to monitor SF6 Gas Quality in the circuit breaker and if necessary the same will be purified, with our DILO make devices.

Advantages of our DILO Make Devices:

Our DILO make SF6 Gas Handling devices are of latest technology and details are as follows:

• Our DILO Device will recover SF6 Gas until <1 mbar, (not as per earlier device with Vacuum Compressor of <50 mbar. Therefore residuals of SF6 gas in the chamber can be avoided.(Example: ≈ 300gr residual of SF6 gas remaining in a chamber of 1000lts when being recovered until 50 mbar only).
• With our DILO SF6 Gas handling device, the gas can be stored in the cylinder in liquid form, so that handling of number of cylinders can be reduced.
• With our DILO made SF6, Multi meter, the following measurements can be observed in one single measurement, with few grams of SF6 gas
  • Purity of SF6 Gas
  • Dew Point Measurement
  • Value of SO2
  Earlier, each measurement will be done with separate devices like SF6 volume percentage, dew point meter and decomposition product device and consumption of SF6 will be more comparing to our existing SF6 multi meter.
• With our leak detector each Circuit Breaker will be checked for any leakage and the details will be informed to your site engineers.

FUNCTIONS OF OUR AMC:

Every six months once our technical people will visit at your site along with our DILO devices with prior appoinment from your site engineers and following activities will be done.

All the circuit breaker will be inspected for deduction of any leakage and the same will be informed to site engineer to avoid the leakages.

All the circuit breaker will be measured for SF6 gas quality i.e. SO2 dew point and volume percentage in single measurement with few grams of SF6 gas,the readings will be transferred to your site engineer P.C, for monitoring of SF6 gas quality.

Incase if SF6 gas contaminated or less purity, than the recommended value, then after getting approval from your site engineers, the contaminated SF6 gas will be recovered, purified and stored in the site's available cylinder. Our DILO device equipped with latest version of suction pump which can recover SF6 gas <1 mbar, earlier all the DILO's version of vacuum compressor can recover only <50 mbar.

After recovery of <1 mbar, the circuit breaker will be evacuated with our vacuum pump of 40 m3/h.

The recovered and stored SF6 gas in the cylinder will be measured once again for the purity, dew point and decomposition of SO2, in case if your site engineer requires doing any maintenance in the circuit breaker, after the same the recovered and stored SF6 gas will be filled in the circuit breaker.

Benefits of AMC to your Sub-station, Circuit Breaker and Consumption of SF6 gas:

Since, we are visiting every 6 months once and checking the circuit breaker for any leakage, the same can be controlled.

Due to regular monitoring of SF6 gas quality the life time of the circuit breaker will be improved.

Consumption of New SF6 gas can be minimized.

Apart from our AMC we are also interested to hire the device along with our technical people on rental basis on case to case basis.
